Melissa Watts, Poet & Facilitator

Megan is a master facilitator. The session was structured and clearly planned, however when Megan identified that some participants required more support than others she willingly adapted her class. This didn’t mean that other participants missed out. Megan was able to vary the activities to ensure that each participant completed the class with the objectives that were set. Megan’s class catered for the ‘real world’, something that can often be missing from creative courses. I felt that the money I had paid for the class was well spent, and I walked away with some completed work as well as actionable items. In fact, I used what I had learned in Megan’s class a few days after the training.
