Meet George Parker, a retiree who is trying to adjust to life without his beloved wife, Josie, who has died after a five year struggle with Alzheimer’s Disease. This heart-warming Australian one-man play celebrates George’s love for his wife and delves into the universal themes of loneliness, loss and memory with warmth, integrity and an infectious sense of humour.

Hobo Playhouse’s Central Victorian Tour marks the 20th Anniversary of The Carer’s stage debut.
