I have been trying to eat healthier and exercise more lately but I’m not under the impression that will have any impact on anyone’s health but mine.

These past two weeks
I’ve eaten healthy
I’ve walked circuits
I’ve counted calories
I’ve lost centimetres
I’ve lost kilograms
I’ve even bought some good quality shapewear
I’ve put in my best effort
I’ve done my civic duty
But people are still getting CO-VID 19
