All The Things I Did In 2018

2018 was a year of investment, transition and learning.

I worked at Sovereign Hill and Ballarat Community Health.
I directed The Sum of Us for Creswick Theatre Company.
I helped Madame Yum and Christine Tammer Music develop Random Number Generator for White Night Ballarat.
I performed poetry at Words Out Loud.
I attended Showcase Victoria, Victorian Touring Forum and Regional Centre for Culture 2018 PD Workshops.
I lead script development with Jake Honeychurch on our play The Belly Dancer for Tripwire Theatre Incorporated.
I read a part for Mud and Blood – Play script reading.
I did the Milke 8 week Producer’s Bootcamp and Nail Your Marketing Plan Workshop.
I had an article I wrote, and an article about me, published on the Central Highlands Arts Atlas.
I was a writer for the Weathering The Future exhibition at Backspace/Backyard Gallery.
I raised $8000 in grant funding for Tripwire Theatre Incorporated.
I attended the Regional Arts Australia Artlands Conference in Bendigo.
I painted faces for The Salvation Army Delacombe and SalvoConnect Family Connections.

2019 will be a year of consolidation and fruition.

The Let Down Reflex is being developed in January (with a full season planned for July). LDR: In Development Work-In Progress showing will be on Thursday 24th January, and you can Book Your Seat!

Another article will be published on Arts Atlas in February.

I’ll be back to perform at Words Out Loud throughout the year.

The Belly Dancer will have its world premiere season in March in Bendigo.

I’ve got a directing gig up my sleeve and I’m planning on running some workshops too…

My work this year will be underpinned by my values – Balance, Drive, Audacity and Roots – and enabled by my biggest supporters – my family and friends.

2019, here I come!
